Questions

When will Team and Business be ready?: We haven't set a date or the prices yet. Email support@breakpatch.dev and we'll tell you when they're ready. Until then, Community has everything for one person on one Mac, and moving to Team later copies your tests folder into the team's workspace.
What's a machine licence?: In Team and Business, people take seats. A Mac that runs tests for the whole team (the local runner) or a build server that runs your tests takes a machine licence. Each machine licence runs one test at a time, so running two at once needs two. Team will include one, and Business five.
For developers: A machine licence covers one test run at a time on any machine; a pipeline running N jobs in parallel needs N licences. A CI machine takes one when it runs breakpatch-ci.
Who is Solo for?: One person who wants the automation for themselves: fixed automatically, schedules on your Mac, notifications, result messages and the CI command line. It works on your tests folder or Git, with nothing to set up in the cloud. You can connect your own workspace if you want run requests, the local runner and version history, still for just you. Solo is one per company: if someone at your company email domain already has it, choose Team. Moving to Team later keeps your tests.
How do I get my licence key?: After checkout, sign in at account.breakpatch.dev with the email you bought with. Your key is shown there once. Enter it in Breakpatch, in Settings → Licence.
Who handles the payment?: Nothing is on sale yet. When it is, it works like this. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and handles payments, invoices, tax and refunds. For help with Breakpatch itself, email support@breakpatch.dev.
